We offer three primary COBRA solutions:

-Full outsourcing through COBRAComplete,

-Modified outsourcing through the Help Desk and Online Notice service, and

-COBRA software.

We have streamlined communications between our customer, the COBRA enrollee, and our office through our proprietary MyCOBRAŠ web-based customer service center. Our customers can submit data, view reports, and make service fee payments on MyCOBRA. COBRA enrollees can view their last payment, update personal data, and make payments by credit card or e-check in the COBRA Complete program.

CMS has a non-exclusive affinity partnership with Flex-Plan Services, Inc. who specializes in FSA, HRA, Section 132, and other benefit management services.
